Bal Mithai and Chocolate is a popular sweet from Himalayan state Uttarakhand. Bal Mithai is made with roasted khoya, pure desi ghee and coated with sugar balls. Chocolate is made with roasted khoya and pure desi ghee but it is not coated with sugar balls.
